DIGGER DELIGHTS....
Review of Diggerland, London by Broksababie

Advantages: Lots to do for children, real driving and machinery, indoor as well as outdoor activities.
Disadvantages: Can be expensive, queues at times for popular machines.

...are the main attractions at Diggerland, and there lots of staff to ensure safety on each ride, they ensure that all children are securely strapped in before they start driving. The actual rides that can be driven are of course the most popular, but there are many many static ones that would tend to appeal to the younger visitor, it does state that all rides are suitable for over 5’s and I imagine that a parent could accompany a little one ... The All New Diggerland, Scoops, sand and snow.
Review of Diggerland, London by LUNAH_C

Advantages: Enjoyable for all
Disadvantages: Prepare to get dirty.

...based on the old Site. Diggerland, Kent has since moved and therefore warrants a new review as many new features have been added. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Diggerland is a very unique idea in the tourist industry. It all came about when one man realised how many 'ordinary' people and children desperately wanted to get their hands on mechanical diggers, ... Read review

For children under 10 and males over 25!!
Review of Diggerland, London by pittcity

Advantages: Keeps your men occupied & happy
Disadvantages: A lot to pay if you just want to watch

I visited Diggerland, Kent in July 2007 - the first week of the school summer holidays- with my husband and 6 year old son. My son had been asking to go as a couple of his school friends had been and enjoyed themselves. The park was easy to find, just off the M2. We arrived just after the 10am opening time and were surprised to find the car park almost empty and no queues in sight. On trying to go in via the entrance an employee came out and asked ... Diggerland, Strood visited 19th August 2006
Review of Diggerland, London by wendydavies

Advantages: You get to drive diggers. Good for young children.
Disadvantages: Poor value, dodgy voucher offers

The day got off to a bad start. We had some vouchers offering half price entry from the "Days Out" magazine, but the site refused to honour them as "their pricing policy had changed". They offered us a 10% discount instead, and after some minutes fruitless arguing with the site manager I had little choice but to accept that. Turning around and walking out is a little hard with two excited 3-year olds in tow ! I complained to the head office later ... Read review

Diggerland
Review of Diggerland, London by harriet91

Advantages: Different from your average park-only 4 in england!!!
Disadvantages: none

...a restraunt/bar just outside of Diggerland, and you still will be able to get back into the park!! However this is alot more expensive although the food is very very good!! There is also a shop full of digger things, toys, clothes etc although it is expensive with a cap costing £6 (although with fuel prices these days, keeping those diggers running IS expensive, let alone the cost of the diggers themselves, e.g 'Spindizzy' cost the park £118,000!!!!!!!) A ... Read review
