Advantages: Staying on the Disney estate

...at the Grosvenor Resort near Disney Village. We thought it was too expensive, so we booked one of the All Star resorts. At the time there was a choice of All Star Sports and All Star Music Resort. Disadvantages: Food selection & price

...girlfriend (she's 23 & loves disney more than me!) went for a 2 week holiday in January 2007. Now we were on a budget so to find that there was a Disney budget hotel was a great find. We booked our holiday, including flights, transfers & hotel for around £500 each I think. We stayed in the Disney All Star Music Hotel. ...All Stars Resort I am a Disney freak. Yes I now have that off my chest. Sorry I was just coming out there. Advantages: Good Value, Excellent Free Transport to Parks,
Disadvantages: Very Crowded at Breakfast.

...and this was our first disney hotel experience and it was worth every penny. We will visit this hotel again in June 2007. This hotel is very good value. The hotel is based on the movies theme and buildings so every where you look you can find giant characters from the movies like woody, dalmations etc. Take a walk round the whole resort you can get some great pictures. Disadvantages: food can be expensive

...you are staying in a disney hotel you can buy goods in the parks pay and they deliver them to your room in about a day,this is brillant no carrying around. They have a shop and games area all very well sitied and kept. You can also catch the Disney transportation just out side the shop to all parks.You can also use these to visit the other 2 hotels they are well worth checking out. Disadvantages: No entertainment facilites in the evening

...include easy access to all disney parks where disney offer courteous buses every 5 minutes to all disney attractions and parks. The only down side is these buses are always packed. The hotel itself is very family friendly offering goodsize accommodation each room has two kingsize beds, coffee facilities and bathroom with shower. ...over there, and used the Disney buses every day, I don't think we waited more than 15 minutes for a bus. We bought vouchers through Virgin (at our welcome meeting) to use Mears shuttle buses with a quick phonecall, this we used to get to Universal. Seaworld was easy, a Lynx bus goes straight there from the Transportation and Ticket Centre near the Magic Kingdom. And from Seaworld you can get a courtesy ride to Discovery Cove. When we stayed at the disney all str movie complex in orlando florida. we found out that they were very good value for money. In the hotel their was a good choice off food like fast food could be delivered to your door if you diidnt want to go out also in the hotel you could get fresh salads and soft drinks and other meals. our rooms in the disney complex were small and compaired to the outhers we have stayed in on international drive. the decoration ... ...nice a bright with many disney things to see. We stood in line a checked right into our hotel. The check in person did a great job telling us how to get to our room. Disadvantages: Rooms are small for a family of four, overpriced fast food court.

There is some hanging space and about 3 drawers, and a table and 2 chairs. All rooms have a bath with overhead shower, telephone and television, which has the disney channel.
