Advantages: Location, comfort and staff
Disadvantages: slow lift - hardly a trip spoiler

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for New Year, we'd checked it out on their website and on trip advisor. We were not disappointed, beautiful reception area and helpful receptionists. When we got into the room, we were amazed - it looked just like the website.
