Dublin is a great place espically for those girls who like a weekend away from the fella. I went to Dublin in april and was a bit worried at the thought of going with work mates - but by the time the plane had landed all worries were drowned in the first pint of Guiness. And yes it does taste better over there. The first night we went to the roadhouse in the main street,which was super and the music and entertainment was tops. The Irish men oh and ... ...pub for lunch in the heart of the town where stew and guiness was served. The food and prices were extremly good and services was good everywhere we went. I shall certainly be return to Dublin - Hens night or any excuse, maybe one day I will take the fella. ...

Advantages: Pocket City Disadvantages: Becoming Anglicised
We visit dublin on a regular basis because my wife is from the center "North side and proud of it" to visit relations.
1. When visiting we travel by Ryanair from either Gatwick or Bournemouth. Gatwick is the most easily reached for rail travelers. Planes dont land in Bournemouth in fog, so think about the time of year travelled.
2. You can change you money at the airport in Dublin.
3. Turn left at doors to the airport you will find the buses for ... ...go there when I visit Dublin is Escape in Bray , 1 Albert Ave,. The Dart railway will take you there. It is veggie, cheap and great.
6. Temple Bar, This is NOT Dublin as my wife knows it and is frequented by tourists. Moore Street area is better for Dublin life.
7. Places to visit- natural history museum, art gallery, Guiness brewery, Grafton st, mountjoy prison, Slatteries pub, post Office, Joyces museum, Phoenix Park not the Zoo, OConnell street, ...

Dublin zoo was a great place for kids it has a safari park ride, a bus that takes you all around the park. It also has the biggest animals I have ever seen, like a huge Hippo and Gorilla. Great fun for kids. This is right next to phoneix park, a really big park where you can run around and it also has a kids playground. Also in the park is an obelisk with ... ...also available in Dublin but I would advise booking prior to your journey as we found ourselves dissappointed.
Transport, you can get a bus to almost anywhere from the airport, if you go to the bus ticket depot inside the airport the ladies are very friendly and always ofer you the cheapest rot. However bus journeys can be long, alternative travel is The Dart (Train) from the city centre.
The city centre starts of at O conell St which reminds me ...
