EasyJet - EZU

I flew with easyjet for the first time a few months ago and i was quite pleasantly surprised. Leaving from Glasgow we checked in quite late which meant we were one of the last people to get on the flight, still managed to get two seats together but as myself and my partner are quite tall was a bit of a squeeze. In July I travelled with easyjet to Barcelona. Booking the flights were very simple and easy to do, all that is needed for check inn is your customer number (and passport obviously!!) and away you go! Our flight was at 7am as we could not afford any of the later flights! The journey was pleasant and the staff were helpful and there were no delays in going out. Flew to Geneva (from Luton) yesterday on Easyjet. My first time on the airline having flown other "budget" airlines. Booking - made over the internet (as with over 70% of all of EZY's sales) without any hassle. I have flown EasyJet and BA a number of times and EasyJet service has always been better than the best BA service I ever got, every single time. Its simple to book your ticket online, and you can go to many various destinations for a price which is more often than not incredibly cheap. Personally im going to try avoid flying with easy jet in the future. Ok.. we all know they give us cheap flights which is a good thing because we dont pay for the added extras! Seating i guess is a little bit cramped...but it is low cost try get as many people in as possible! Disadvantages for me is the frequent delays that i experienced on my trip to prague on the way there and on the way back! Safety i guess is not all bad however they should ...

I flew with easyjet for the 1st time this week on a return trip to Zurich and still don't know what to make of them. On the plus side - its cheap, and Luton is now an excellant airport far less busier than Heathrow or Gatwick. On the minus side having a small fleet means that you are more likely to be significantly delayed and the airline isn't going to give anything away as its prices are so cheap. This gives a worst case scenarion of stranded in a strange city with no luggage and no hotel - and easyjey couldn't care less. As it happen the flight did go that night, but very delayed. i recently flew on an easyjet flight from glasgow to London return and i have to say that i was not impresseed. On the way down the flight was delayed and then on the way back to Glasgow the flight was delayed for around 2 hours. I found this totallly un-acceptable because i had sombody coming to collect my at the airport and althought they checked flight details before they left the details changed in the time it took them to get to the airport ...
