EasyJet - EZU

I have used EasyJet on numerous occasions in the past few years. Mainly to fly up to Glasgow, but more recently to fly to Malaga in Spain. It is the last flight I am particuarly praising. Having arrived at Stansted early on a Monday morning I was impressed to find the plane was going down the runway exactly on time. We arrived at Malaga nearly half an hour early. On the return flight we left exactly on time and arrived back at Stansted 20 minutes ...
...feel you can't complain about this.Of course you don't get newspapers, blankets and food and drink only if you pay for it, but if people cannot do without these things for just over 2 hours it is a poor thing. Much better to have cheap flights than things you can well do without.Well done EasyJet. ...

My first flight with Easyjet was the beginning of a trip of a lifetime round europe. I was meeting my two partners in crime at Luton airport for our flight to Barcelona. Easy I thought living in Glasgow I'll catch the Glasgow to Luton Flight, then on to Barca, well not quite the Glasgow Luton Barca plan was flawed as the connection wasn't really a connection, I would have had to endure around 6 hrs in Luton. ...Liverpool for catch the flight. Easyjet had provided FREE bus service from Manchester city to John Lennon airport. However, I heard that the service has currently being cancelled. The orange colour of easyjet is so easy so recognise and looked very attractive. Having said that, I think easyjet has to re-design the attire of the stewards-ess. Food? I HAVE FLOWN WITH EASY JET TWICE TO FLY TO NICE ,ON BOTH OCCASIONS THE FLIGHTS WERE ON TIME THE PLANES VERY NEW, STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND ABOVE ALL THE COST WAS LESS THAN £45 RETURN.BOOKING WAS VERY EASY AS I DID IT ON LINE. ON THE FLIGHT I HAD A SANDWICH AND COFFEE I EXPECTED IT TO BE THE USUAL RUBBISH BUT IT WAS QUITE GOOD. We've all seen EasyJet featured through I.T.V.'s documentary and I have to say that it is a bold move on the part of EasyJet to keep going with it, because it seem to me that the programme doesn't show the company in a very good light. Some of the comments made by the staff in regard to their customers would make those customers extremely angry, I would imagine. In one episode, we hear a customer service supervisor referring to an irate customer ...
...but I have to admit that I would not use Easyjet. 'Budjet' is all well and good, but I feel that the company cuts the wrong corners off their service. There seem to be too many annoyed and angry customers for me to ahve any kind of faith in EasyJet ...

I have flown with easyjet on a number of occassions now and each time have been very pleased with the service. On the first occasion I was aprehensive about not having any tickets - they issue a number rather than tickets to cut on costs, but my fears proved unfounded. I am not a particularly good flyer so the fact that the cost is reduced due to lack of food is no skin off my nose - and means the cabin crew are more attentive to needs is very good. ...
