Advantages: Cheap, not RyanAir Disadvantages: nothing major
I have flown EasyJet twice - once to Italy and recently to Ljubljana. Range of destinations: EasyJet only fly within Europe, obviously, but their range is pretty good. They were the only budget airline to fly to Ljubljana.
Punctuality: I have to say we were delayed both on the way out and on the return to Ljubljana. Both delays were relatively minor (less than an hour) but unless your idea of fun is in fact sitting around in an airport departure ... ...All planes were in a configuration of 3 seats, then the aisle, then 3 seats.
Space is not great, but not bad for the price paid.
Colour scheme was less orange than I expected.
Overall, I would certainly use EasyJet again as they can rarely be beaten on price. ...

Advantages: A Genuine Low Cost Airline Disadvantages: Genuinely Low Calible Service
The best part of the easyjet experience is buying your ticket, because it's cheap and you'll be bouncing around the room at the deal you've got. Unfortunately from then on it's all downhill. My last experience of using Easyjet reinforces my view that if the trip you're going on is that important then pay a bit extra and use a decent airline. If however, you're willing to play a bit of russian roulette with the times/destinations then by all means ... ...but no one on the Easyjet desk told us that and sent us through to the departure lounge blissfully unaware. When the announcement came through that no planes were going anywhere, the Easyjet staff were nowhere to be found. There was a dedicated customer service phone to use in emergencies but sadly no one on the other end. As you can imagine, it was pretty chaotic and myself and 3 friends had to use our own intuition. I'm not sure if what we did ...

Advantages: Great prices, and good customer services Disadvantages: no frills - but who eats airplane food anyway?
...really means no frills with easyJet and hte savings they make are passed on to the customer. You don't get a ticket - you just turn up at the check in desk with your passport. You don't fly from any major airport - they operate mainly out of Luton and Liverpool. You dont get fed for free on the flight. You can't cancel your ticket and there are no refunds.
But for the traveller who knows what they are doing and knows where they are going, easyJet ... ...of the strongest assets of easyJet - the website is clear and fast and you can book and pay for a ticket in under five minutes if you know where you are going and when.
When easyJet can run such a good service, and clearly make some profit from it, it makes you wonder exaclty how much money the other airlines are making from running the same routes.
I've flown with them before, and I am flying with them again and I reccommend anybody who wants ...

EasyJet is the "no frills" airline founded by Stelios Haji-Ioannou in 1995. This review is about my experiences of flying with EasyJet - the low cost airline.
Firstly, the booking procedure: like many people I have booked flights with EasyJet using their internet service, which offers lower prices to customers booking online. I must admit that the booking service is remarkably straightforward, however you will find that the prices quoted on the ... ...For instance - say EasyJet have two £45 flights left on a plane and the rest are £55 - if you make a booking for 3 people at once over the internet, you will find all three tickets are charged at £55 - therefore costing you an additional £20 on the booking. EasyJet's website will not tell you how many of each priced ticket are available on any one flight, so there is some guesswork involved. This money saving tip was discovered when we were making ...

...visit my pals. I tried Easyjet for the first time last year and now I'm hooked.
It's not everyone's cup of tea - not at all luxurious, but if all you want is a cheap flight then it's for you.
Despite all of the bad press with that horrible helpdesk woman on the telly, I've never had a delayed flight.
It was a bit weird to begin with as you book over the internet and don't receive a ticket. You then get a confirmation letter through the post which ... ...the comfort of a ticket in your passport then you might feel a little bereft.
However, on check in, you are allocated your boarding pass and it's a scramble for the seats on a first come first served basis. All refreshments have to be payed for, but as Nice is only 2ish hours away, you can even hold on till you get there.
My cheapest flight was around £49 each way, which was fine, although I've never paid more than £60. ...

Easyjet to the Rescue.
So looking at the website for Easyjet I was able to book each journey leg at £22.50 per person so the total excluding tax of £45 each for the day trip. Easy to book online and only bad point was the seperate fat cat tax as described which made the total £20 tax each. Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: The timetable seems to be only an estimate
I flew to Switzerland with EasyJet a couple of months ago, and though I was pleasantly surprised by the price, I was less impressed by the timekeeping. I booked on-line, which saved £5 on the return fare, but in the time it took me to e-mail my friend and check that the time of the flight was okay, and receiving a reply, the price went up by £10, so book as early as you can - there are some real bargains to be had.
Don't count on the times as final ... ...very late, and none of the staff seemed at all concerned by this.
They don't allocate seats when you check in, but give you a numbered boarding pass. The idea is that you board in the order you check in, but when the flight was finally ready to board, all of the passengers rushed to get on together and there was quite a bit of congestion - making the flight even later.
I would recommend the airline, but only if you are fairly relaxed about the ...

Okay easyJet – or Seizyjet as my Dad insists on calling it (although this is unjustified). I’ve travelled with Easy jet quite a few times now because the lure of such cheap flights is irresistible. And overall easyJet and the other budget airlines have to be applauded for making European travel so accessible.
Booking your travel online is fool proof and only takes about 10 minutes. It is advisable to book online rather than by phone because easyJet ... ...normally less than £20. Finally easyJet gives you one last chance to check your flights are correct before entering your contact and card details (there is a credit card fee of £4, no fee for debit cards). You then get a flight confirmation page which I always print and take to the airport just in case – easyJet does not issue tickets, all you need to bring is your passport (or other photo ID for domestic flights). It is also worth noting that on ...

Everybody knows about Easy Jet - it would be hard to miss the great bit orange signs. Having travelled with BMI Baby, Fly Be and Ryan Air it seemed Easy Jet was the last "budget carrier" to be added to my portfolio and after reading some of the reviews on Ciao I wasnt sure if I had made the best decision, however I wanted to tell you how pleasently suprized by Easy Jet I was. I travelled from East Midlands (Nottingham) to Prague. The flights were ... ...a bargain!! These prices were even been offered up to a week on the Easy Jet website so it is possible to bag a bargain without booking years in advance ... Check in was easy - we were allocated a boarding card in group A which meant we were able to board the aircraft first. This was so much more well organised than other budget aircraft w where boarding is a free for all where I have seen pushing and shoving to get the desired seat! The safety demonstration ...

I think that it's commendable that they have gone back to basics, and passed the savings on to their customers, however based on my personal experience of EasyJet, I would not use them again.

EasyJet don't allocate you a seat, you choose your own when you board the plane. This saves time, and therefore money, and is a great idea on paper. Then group A, then group B and so on. Customers in the priority boarding groups have paid more for the privilege. ...

...particularly in high season, but Easyjet manage to rise above this to a large degree, as the existence of a set timetable gives them precedence over charter airlines in getting off the tarmac. And finally, Easyjet have unveiled a new service which is very much after my own heart. easyJet is a very particular low cost airline. Like every other low cost, which despite offering to shuttle you from one airport to the other certainly can't be considered real airlines, they sell tickets at dirt cheap prices, and to do so they are force to save money on everything superfluous. So far so good. If you buy a fake Rolex for a couple of Euros from the Chinese guy at the market you certainly don't expect it to give you what a real Rolex ... ...Euros from easyJet you certainly don't expect the services, the assistance, and the comfort provided by, say, Singapore Airlines. The trouble starts when, in order to save money, low cost airlines get rid of the necessary stuff. I recently flew from Rome to Paris and, by my friend's choice, ended up using this airline. The destination flight was faultless: impeccable plane, slight delay on take-off contained in less than 30 minutes, kind personnel. ...
