I have recently started using EJ to travel up to Glasgow from London to visit my girlfriend, thus trying to avoid a 5hr 30min train journey. The first time was on June 22nd this year, which also happened to be my birthday....hoping to arrive there on time (23.45pm) in order to enjoy the last few minutes of my special day with her. ...lost in the post. EasyJet flies out of the smaller UK airports, of which I've tried Luton and Liverpool. I found travelling to Luton from London by train, quite expensive and it took a long time. Once at the airport, we had to get a shuttle bus from the train station. It was quite gruelling with luggage and I felt glad to actually get on the plane. I have flown with Easyjet a few times, and found them to be a very good way to fly. I travel to Glasgow from London Luton, and it is just so easy to log on to their website www.easyjet.com choose your destination and dates, book your flight, and voila! All you do is have your confirmation number with you at the airport when you check in, and thats it! It is so easy! Its also cheap too, which in this day and age, is good in anyones book. Easyjet are most certainly my favourite airline! My Mother asked me to look up the price of a flight to liverpool for next week - only £5 from London Luton! A completley brilliant bargin - even cheaper than the train! Obviously, there are 'no frills' - but on such short flights who needs them!?! I have travelled on EasyJet since the days when their planes were painted with their telephone number. I have always found them to be a great Airline, with low prices but still good service. I have never had any problems with planes being delayed etc. , and I even met Stelios one year when he came on the plane and shook hands with everyone. Easyjet know they have a good service, in addition to their airline they also have rent a cars internet cafes and pretty much anything other service that can be ordered over the internet. Not only do they provide a good serivce, I have travelled with easy jet to Barcelona, but you have to admire the business as well. They are the first to embrace the internet E-commerce culture completely. You cannot book a seat unless you have an internet connection ...
