El Corazon is located overlooking the newly rebuilt harbour (to cut a long story short - a stretch of water was once filled in and a car park rested on it, until someone had the idea of redeveloping it to it's former glory, and it opened to much fanfare last year - I've never seen the locals so excited, and it's pretty impressive I must say) in the town of Breda, South Netherlands.
