...a family room at the Europa Hotel including breakfast, free bus transfers and up to 15 nights parking came to £82 which seemed a great deal. The hotel is part of the Britannia chain of hotels. Britannia Europa Hotel (Gatwick) As the title implies the Europa hotel is part of the Britannia group. It is rare for me to stay in a hotel so a review on one is unusual. We decided to stay in the hotel primarily because it originally appeared as one of those annoying pop-ups whilst looking for airport parking on the internet. Advantages: Has a shuttle to airport
Disadvantages: Everything apart from shuttle!

Awful. Never again! Rooms: Tatty, dated, dark, dingy, stuffy. Mattresses lumpy and bedding worn and smelt damp. Furniture in the room was worn and grubby. Not as they state "They are also very comfortable and tastefully decorated". Windows filthy, mouldy and flimsy. I would not have felt safe on the ground floor. Advantages: Great for early starts to airport and leaving your car whilst on holiday

We are a family of six and getting to the airport is expensive for us as we have to take two cars and pay for two lots of parking. This Hotel solved all that and proved to be cheaper. We had a family room for £120 and got 15 nights parking thrown in. The hotel was easy to find - just off the M23 - 2 junctions from Gatwick Airport. The rooms are lovely and the hotel is great.
