...The great thing about the Eurotunnel is that the travel time is on 35 minutes and the whole process is reasonably painless. To get to Folkestone you need junction 11 of the M20 to get to the channel tunnel itself. This is so clearly signposted and for about 20 miles there is a sign every two miles letting you know how far away you are. ...the poor service provided by Eurotunnel on the 28 Jan 05. I arrived at the Eurotunnel exit off the M20 at about 1630hrs. Due to a passenger trying to take an unexploded mortar through customs, the tunnel was shut down. So I waited in the queue of traffic, and eventually I made my way, until I got to the ticket booth.
