Express By Holiday Inn, Swansea

Well having stayed at a number of Holiday Inn's in the past I was quite happy to book a couple of nights in the Holiday Inn Express in Swansea while doing a couple of days training. I booked through the Internet which was really easy, but I was concerned as I was going to a concert the night I was travelling and not expecting to arrive in Wales until 2-3ish in the morning and hoped this would be ok. A quick call to hotel to confirm the desk would be open and everything was all sorted.
