    FT5K is all over Manchester. Why should you stop? Well, it is the ideal place for anything between grabbing a sandwich on the go and sitting down for a coffee break. Every time I go to the city centre I stop at one of the FT5K for a snack. The sandwiches are always fresh. Plus they have a wide variety of sandwiches, my favourite being the one with crunchy bacon on. You can get desserts from small pies to cookies.     The sandwiches must be tried to be believed! They are slightly pricier than other sandwich shops / cafes, but FT5K offers good quality food, in clean and pleasant surroundings with little fuss! Their range of sandwich fillings is impressive, and they have different types of bread to suit your taste or preference for that particular day! I thoroughly recommend the tuna & cucumber on the French baguette – healthy choice, but somehow tastes almost wicked!
