Wonderful venue centrally located on the strip and easy top spot by the brilliant neon signs outside which you can for miles. Fabulous entertainment, at the in hotel theatres - advance booking necessary for most shows as they are all top notch and well subscribed. A variety of wonderful restaurants popular with guests and general Vegas visitors alike and a top spot for a wonderful breakfast that will knock your socks off and set up for day of eye ... ...is worth waiting for a seat and the food is great...if you are happy to sit in a smoking section you will gte seated faster.
The landscaped gardens and the ever present flamingoes are a delight. The casino is buzzing and will make your jaw drop.

Advantages: Centre strip in the midst of the action Disadvantages: Some rooms are a long walk from the lifts!
This hotel has almost everything you want for a stay in Las Vegas. Situated in the middle of the strip with easy access to all the sights and all the shopping! Within the immediate area are both the Bellagio fountains (nice, free entertainment for when the gambling budget has dried up) and the Forum Shops (great shopping if you're lucky to have a good win).
The hotel itself has really great grounds and still has its famous pink flamingoes (although ... ...There are also some 5 or 6 swimming pools (2 large, 3 or 4 smaller ones connected by slides).
Of course, the biggest draw to Las Vegas are the casinos and the Flamingo is not exception. There is a good selection of both slots and table games at any time of the day or night.
The only down side I encountered was the fact that my room was the last room on the floor and quite a walk from the lifts! ...
