...my luggage was probably delayed. How can you pay so much money, only to lose your luggage? It's unacceptable! They finally sent me back my baggage, but for the price you have to pay it's not worth it at all. If you want to flight cheap and safe avoid them. ...

Review of Flybe

Pleased with the cheap flight from local airport at a good time, I looked forward to having a lunchtime sandwich on board - the plane was less than 1/4 full and the trolley came round, served two people then to our party - they had run out of sandwiches that they annouced and advertised. There was nothing to eat other than crisps and chocolate on a three hour flight, they only had four sandwiches on board as this was their fourth flight of the day ...
...were very "its not my fault write to the management" - surely they can come up with better customer service than that these days, but then sometimes you pay for what you get - although at £4.50 a sandwich you would have thought they'd fill up and make extra bucks that way ...
