Advantages: not any Disadvantages: loss of life and then eventually the death of F1
...the new season of the Formula 1 year has started with a brilliant race but this quickly turns to tradedy as a colission between Ralf Schumacher and Jaques Villeneuve where a track marshal is killed by debris which was suspected to be the wheel of Jaques car.
I think that the safety of the marshalls is increased dramatically as that are mainly volunteers and when you volenteer your family do not expect you to be killed when doing a service for somebody ... ...have to do something, because if there are going to be fatalitys they are going to eventually find it hard to get marshalls that are going to want to volenteer to do it. Which then means that us fans of Formula 1 are eventually not have any F1 to watch. ...

Advantages: Good track Disadvantages: Not that many overtaking chances
Every year Australia marks the start of the F1 season, and the world of F1 reconvenes at the beatiful teack in Melbourne. The circuit is set in a park, complete with a lake in the middle. The grass is green, the gravel traps colourful and the crowd excited.
Maybe its just the dark dreary winter here, but the race in Australia always seems a warm and bright event, and baring Monte Carlo this has to be one of the most glamorous races in all of F1.
