Once again it turns out that it is great having friends around the world. The trip to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur was triggered by an invitation to a wedding in Kuala Lumpur (called KL from now on). We had the pleasure of taking our annual holiday last year to Singapore. We stayed at the Shangri-La hotel, which is a really lovely hotel, and I will surely write an op on this shortly.
