...flew to Canada on a Globespan flight. The outbound journey was comfortable (but delayed)... the return journey AWFUL. We contacted Globespan to ensure our flight was on time.. the operator replied with "status unknown" and hung up. Eventually 2 hours later we were able to speak to another operator who informed us that the flight was cancelled and not to proceed to the airport as hotel accommodation could not be guaranteed. Just back from Canada. Holiday good value, some problems. Flight from Stansted changed to Gatwick - extra expense and travelling. Flight delayed -was 4+ hours late leaving Toronto should have been notified! More time lost, went via Glasgow!(not mentioned at time of booking) Economy had complimentary meals and drinks, wondered why I'd paid extra as a Premium Customer? we have just got back from a flight to and from canada with globespan.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! AN 8 HR FLIGHT TURNED INTO 14HRS ON THE WAY HOME STOPPING AT MANCHESTER TO RE FUEL WITH US STILL ON THE PLANE!!!!!!!!! THE CABIN CREW SPENT MOST OF THE TIME CURLED UP AND SPRAWLED ACCROSS THE BACK SEATS AT THE REAR OF THE PLANE SHOWING US NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL. THE CHEFS CHOICE MEAL WAS DISGUSTING AND BARELY EDIBLE AND WE WERE CHARGED $7 FOR A CUP OF TEA ... Read review

...just 2 nights in hotel, globespan oversold the seats so they were sending us back on saturday evening and not Sunday as booked, so just 1 night in hotel, not on globespan so we decided to stay an extra day and get the Monday flight home, they charged us another flight home. I contacted them 5 days ago by e mail (2 sent) still no reply i want a refund not my fault they sold my seats, the customer service is shocking and the hotel they sent us to was ... Read review
