...and I stayed at the Grange City Hotel over the most recent bank holiday weekend. Having stayed in many London hotels that have tiny rooms and feel fairly overpriced, I was pleasantly surprised with the Grange City Hotel.

Advantages: 24 hour bar, friendly and attentative staff Disadvantages: got given wron room but this was soon sorted
We had a black tie and cocktail dress Summer ball to go to in the city so I decided that we would splash out a bit and go for an upmarket hotel which was close to our train station (Fenchurch Street).

The room was very posh with big TV, seating area and a bathroom that I would love to have at home. The bed was very comfortable and for 4 nights I felt like a queen.
The location is great tube station less than a minutes walk. The Tower of London is just across the road and Tower Bridge nearby. There is a Wetherspoons 2 mins walk from the hotel and the prices are not too inflated compared to the North ...

The Grange City Hotel is located in the city close to Fenchurch Street Station and Tower Bridge. it is a fantastic location for both Business visitors, (close to Lloyds of London and the Gherkin), and also for tourists.
