We went to Harry Ramsdens on Mondat 23rd June for a treat. Arrived at 8.20 to find it was shutting. Remember this is the last week in June and it is Blackpool. So no Harry's. Blackpool was deserted and very run dow.
If you shut up shop early then people will just drift away to places that do cater. It is a self fulfilling prophecy to say we dont get any trade after 8.00.
We had our meal in a little Restaurant on the South side in the English Rose Restaurant. Very nice but not good enough Blackpool. Next day we cancelled our booking and went to York. Great!!

Advantages: Excellent food Disadvantages: Bit dearer than others I know
Very good really only been in the once as was working round the corner had fish chips and mushy peas, everything was well cooked in my opinion, and I have eaten at a lot of chippies! and the fish batter was very good which seems to be something a lot of places get wrong. The only problem I can think of isn't really a problem as all chippies do it - there were too many chips!! If I happened to be in town near it, working or otherwise and I fancied ...
