Advantages: A beautiful house kept as it was in Beatrix Potter's time

Beatrix Potters Hill Top

Advantages: Delightful, like walking in a book
Disadvantages: Not open every day, very busy, sometimes long queues

...the title on this review Hill Top is not situated in Ambleside. It is in fact in the tiny English Lake District village of Sawrey. It is the delightful small 17th-century farmhouse where Beatrix Potter wrote many of her famous children's stories To visit the house of the writer of Peter Rabbit is a must for any fan of of the little books. Advantages: walking .wonderfull sites
Disadvantages: weather

on arriving in the lakes i stood and looked around and in a few minutes all my stress and sadness left me . the views are breath taking the walks are just so relaxing even if your a first timer in hiking there are so many walks aviable to all young familys people with dogs everyone makes you feel at home people even stop you and asks about your day the shops cater for all tastes its a wonderful place to visit and i look forward to going back each ...
