...beautiful Arundel and selected the Hilton as we had never stayed at one before but believed their name to be synomonous with "excellence". ...what you'd expect from a Hilton - very classy. The health club has a smallish but very warm pool, and a small gym, sauna and steamroom - quite adequate. The only slight downer may be the lack of lift if you have small kids, but the staff will happily help carry stuff if you need help. Having stayed a over 15 Hilton Hotels across the UK over the years it is fair to say that they vary greatly. Unlike some other chain hotels, Hilton's can be a risky experience. Avisford Park is one of the better choices. Upon entry to the grounds it has a long driveway which leads to a beautiful hotel frontage.
