INTRODUCTION The Hilton London Metropole hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk down the Edgeware Road from Oxford Street. Advantages: Great place to stay.
Disadvantages: Slightly pricey, but still worth it.

I've stayed here a few times now, mainly to attend conventions the hotel has acted as host for. I found the rooms to be very comfortable whic afforded me the luxury of a good nights rest. Clean, tidy and roomy enough even for a large built guy like myself. The self serve breakfast was a little limited for choice, but very nicely cooked.
