Advantages: Big rooms & very clean - massive beds - great value Disadvantages: ten minutes walk to city centre, bit of a grotty street
With Holiday Inn you can pretty much guarantee a standard kind of accommodation. I have always found them to be pleasant and really enjoy staying with the chain. However this hotel was really particularly pleasant. The breakfast is wonderful as it operates the briliant facility of 'all you can (or 'want to' if you must!) eat' - you can get your money's worth and pile it good and high. No need to stop for lunch then! Be warned though, if you cannot ... ...good value, very good food (lots of it too) and decent service. I have always had a lovely break with Holiday Inn and I love the anonymity of it being a large chain. This Dublin hotel is very big, comfy and clean and I found it understatedly plush.
