Advantages: Close to AECC, helpful staff, clean rooms, extremely easy to find by road Disadvantages: Few cosmetic matters, have gotten better value for money in local B&Bs.
...my point of view the Holiday Inn Express was extremely convenient for attending events at the AECC, just a two second walk around the corner and voila! While the room was perfectly clean there were a couple of consmetic aspects that didn't live up to the price tag; including a bathroom door handle that was falling off, a faulty shower and the lack of shower mat.
