...a problem as double glazing is standard, even the noise from the road surrounding the hotel is fairly quiet. I STAYED AT THE HOLIDAY INN ST NICHOLAS CIRCLE IN LEICESTER FOR 3 NIGHTS...NEVER AGAIN! THE STAFF WERE NOT HELPFUL.THE ROOM ALLOCATED INITIALLY HAD SOAKING CARPETS. I HAD TO PHONE UP 3 TIMES IN ONE DAY FOR ROOMS TO BE CLEANED/ TOWELS ETC AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY DEBITED AN EXTRA £111 FROM MY DEBIT CARD (WITHOUT CONSENT) AND HAVE STILL NOT REFUNDED IT OR HAD ANY SENIOR MEMBER OF STAFF RETURN MY CALLS STAFF ARE HOPELESS AT THEIR JOBS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE OR STAY THERE IN FUTURE!! ...
