This hotel is officially ranked as four star, not two star, but I have to say my experience was closer to two star than four star. First impressions were good with the reception staff being friendly and helpful but the room was a big let down. The door was difficult to open and close, and inside I found a small basic room with no mini bar, no shaving socket and, more seriously, no room safe. I was promised a king sized bed but got a not very comfortable ... ...of being located opposite the hotel kitchen which meant I was subjected to noise from the staff first thing in the morning. On the plus side, the room was well insulated from street noise and provided free internet access - there was also a computer on the first floor if you didn't bring your laptop.
