The room in Ibis Hotel was very basic and the room smelt of smoke when we arrived. There windows didn't open and really, you want to spend as little time in there as possible! However, It wasn't dirty as such and it was somewhere to rest your head. It was close to Darling Harbour but about a 20 minute walk through town to the main harbour. Also - right next door to a bottle shop, bonus!
