the hotel is famous for the artists and authors who have stayed there. The hotel is located just five minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. so a brilliant location only problem is finding it the first time as the directions to the hotel given by the hotel seem very complicated and not easy to follow. It is only 15 minutes from Rialto bridge and even closer to Acadamier so a perfect location. It is located in a quiet thoroughfare so no street noise ... ...by special arrangement only. The hotel ambience was very much in keeping with Venice and has a quantness about it there is a little garden you can have your breakfast in and drinks in the evening although it is quite nice it is not beautiful.. The bedrooms were spotless and there were lovely clean towels and crisp sheets. the shower head was almost as big as the shower but hot water was there so all good and the room while a bit on the small side, ...
