SALVATOR now has LIFT

Advantages: Location, friendleness and comfort.
Disadvantages: Pragues Pickpockets just be aware and you will be OK

...will be going to this Hotel in October, there will be 17 of us, not a Stag Group just a large Family Oldest will be 82. We have stayed here 3 times before. Although we could get cheaper options we are well satisfied with the Salvator. We book thru the Hotels Own Web site, as we are a large group they have included Airport Transfer for our party at no extra cost. When you arrive at Prague Airport the transfer system is very good. There are mini Buses ...
...a Restaurant attached to the Hotel that we have used on more than one occassion, and several other restaurants nearby. A good site for prebooking event tickets is www.ticketpro.cz We got tickets for La Boheme at the Opera House for about £7 a ticket last time. WARNING PICKPOCKETS IN PRAGUE ARE EXPERT, just be very careful on TRAMS, at TRAM STOPS BUSES, Railway Stations ETC. Even in Restaurants do not hang bags on backs of chairs. BUT STILL VISIT ...

10 go to Hotel Salvator, Prauge for Ian's 50th.

Advantages: Great hotel, easily accessable, clean, friendly value for money.
Disadvantages: Buying the tea bags..............................

...yesterday from Prauge and the Hotel Salvator. Having booked and stayed there twice before and in Prauge 3 times before I think we are pleased to say that Salvator is just a great place to stay. We last stayed in October 03 for my 50th birthday, just 8 of us and although I had the worst experience of having my handbag taken from the back of my chair whilst all 8 sat there, it is worth a visit anytime. MUST ADD HANDBAG DID NOT GO FROM SALVATOR. ...
...to go again. The Hotel Salvator has made a few changes since my 50th. The most noticeable is that we did not have to walk down the stairs to the basement for breakfast, and as Uncle Dougie is 73 (very good for his age) it was a bonus. Breakfast is now served in the dinning room, or in the courtyard, which has grown over with ivy and also has a cover to keep the rain off, very useful. Breakfast included, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, ...

Excellent location and value for money

Advantages: Ideal location, affordable, includes excellent buffet breakfast
Disadvantages: None I can think of

The Hotel Salvator is a three star establishment located only a five minute walk away from the old Town Square. In my opinion it offers five star value for money and five star location. I booked the hotel for a four night stay through one of the Czech travel agents (Tom's Travel). Our room was more like a suite than a room - very spacious with en-suite bathroom and shower facilities , central heating plus a TV and fridge (useful for stocking up on ...
...night) included a full buffet breakfast served in a very relaxed and informal atmosphere in the adjoining restaurant. In summary, Hotel Salvator makes an ideal, comfortable and affordable base from which you can easily explore the delights of the old town - I will certainly be returning. ...

Hotel Salvator Prague

Advantages: Great Location
Disadvantages: Noisy, dark, run down.

The hotel was very disappointing. Their website looked good but the hotel wasn't!Horrible old furnishing, run down, dark and noisy. We were 2 couples, we got the apartment suite for 3nights, which was suppose to be two double rooms. It turned out one room had two double beds, and the other room had two separate single beds. So my boyfriend and I ended up in the single uncomfortable bed. The other couple got the other room which was on the road side ...
...cobble stone road. The pipe system was making squealing noises each time someone used the tap or toilet flushed. Basically not a sound proof place and guaranteed a bad nights rest. Apart from that great location and the place was clean and there is a very good restaurant there. But it didn't spoil the beautiful city of Prague. ...
