...too from the trip! This hotel is one of the ones I had not really heard much about so didn't really have any prior opinions of it or know what to expect before arriving. The hotel: The hotel is a 3 star hotel that is quite traditional in terms of the style of the building. The street the hotel is on is slightly sloped and even though the road at the bottom is quite busy this particular one isn't so location is pretty good for being away from the busy road but, still within a very short walk of where all the amenities are. Review of Hotel des Arts Montmartre, Paris

This Hotel is close to the centre of Paris, and at less than £20 a night is a marvellous find. Close to many of the grands magasins, as well as hundreds of colourful individual shops, it is a perfect base from which to explore Paris. Although the hotel rooms were not the most spacious ever encountered, all were en-suite and cleaned thoroughly everyday. ...restaurants - of many different nationalities - were cheap and the friendliness of this part of Paris cannot be underestimated. Although the hustle and bustle of Parisian life was at the end of the street, the enclosed nature of the road meant that noise wasn't a problem.
