Advantages: 5 Star luxury at affordable prices. Disadvantages: A little off the beaten track.
From the moment you arrive at the impressive front entrance with its long sweeping driveway you can tell that this hotel has 'class'.
Situated on the edge of Hua hin (yet easily reached by foot in 15/20 minutes) the complex has low rise beautiful accomodation set around stunning gardens and pools and across from the enormous free form swimming pool (which has a wicked steep slide..not for the faint hearted!) lies a gorgeous stretch of white powdery ... ...gigantic golden statue of Buddha which towers over the rocky headland.The local monks will be glad to see you and you can have them pray with you and give you a twisted coloured rope bracelet which is supposed to keep you from harm and bring you peace.
Turn left and you can walk into town,this will take you close to the King of Thailands Royal Palace (who holidays here).
