Ibis London Earls Court, London

I stay at the IBIS Earls court about 4 or 5 times a year as i occasionally work in London. It is a big, grey building and maybe does not look that appealing from the ouside, but read on and i will explain why it is well worth staying at, whether you are in London for business or pleasure... this is such a great hotel, and one of my favourites when i am travelling to london. it is located directly in the centre of central london, and is close to all of the major tourist attractions including the west end and the london eye just to name a few. the hotel staff are especailly great, extremely poliet and helpful, and are always willing an answer any questions. in fact, i think there are some who speak other languages. the cleanliness of ...

...you first get to the Ibis you are presented with an oppressing concrete box (although it was raining which didn't help its image...). You head across the rather tired looking foyer to a desk manned by (on our visit) staff who's English wasn't the best. The room itself wasn't at all bad, quite modern fixtures, in a good state of repair, the bathroom and majority of the living space was clean. I arrived at the Ibis Hotel on March 14 on business. I was staying until macrh 19. On my second day I awoke to 15 bed bugs under my pillow and inside my bed. I jumped out the bed and inmediatley called reception to change my room. The room was changed quickly enough although i did not receive an apology from the satff or any help moving my bags from my room to reception and uo to my new room.
