I spent 1 night in the campsite in Ifrane in the middle of August. This was not a brilliant idea. Ifrane was built by the French as a ski resort, so it has a very European feel to the buildings and layout. The coolness of the place was very pleasant after the heat of the plains. However in August Moroccans camp out here and the campsite was very crowded, and not too hygienic, and expensive for just a tent and car. The place seemed very odd to me not Moroccan at all, I would recommend the town for its novelty value but that is about all. Try the campsite at Meknes instead. ...
