Advantages: Price, Modern, No Fuss
Disadvantages: Limited dining options for sole traveller, limited reception support

...did make me feel that Innkeepers staff are well versed in providing a consistent level of customer service and my brief interactions with the reception staff certainly backed this up. They took care to explain security, meal times etc, and were more than willing to help with luggage, despite the fact I had a total of five bags and there is no lift! Advantages: Clean, comfortable, unfussy, economical
Disadvantages: Under the Heathrow flight path so can be a little noisy at times

...have to say that the Innkeepers Lodge would be my preference. My main reason for this is that the rooms at the Innkeepers Lodge are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated whilst retaining a bright and airy atmosphere. I find that the rooms in the premier inns and travel lodges are too basic and lack character perhaps bordering on the clinical at times. Avoid this hotels internet like the plague! the WIFI is supplied by a company called CLOUD, they charge 10 pounds per 24 hours.. total rip off, my friend stayed there who came from norway and was not impressed at all , he is a student so needed internet, also the internet was slow and often disconnected, also the cups in the room were dusty and not washed properly.. not good value for money
