All I am going to say is for everyone reading the reviews before they book the Jalousie - make your mind up yourself!!! Everyone has different expectations from a holiday and I had very high expectations as I got married at the Jalousie, so for me everything had to be perfect and do you know.... it was!! The people were the most friendly I have ever come across and I will always have fond memories of everyone we met there. Yes the hotel is expensive if you do not go All Inc but if you eat in The Pier or Plantation you will see why - the food is absolutely delicious!! Best steaks we have EVER ...
