...making we finally chose the Jurys Inn, Parnell Street.
The reviews that we read were the best we had seen and there wasn't anything that could give you a major concern. It was also recommended to me by some work friends that had previously stayed there and I was assured that the rooms were nicely decorated and clean.
The cost--> We went at the beginning of August during the week and we paid 122 euros per night, room only which was around £83 (there ... ...definitely not as good as Jurys Inn, Parnell Street.
Ease of getting there--> Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy, I would suggest the air-link bus, as I believe it's called. It costs 6 euros, we bought our ticket from a machine while queuing as we didn't know if they would accept notes and if they were able to change them as I had read the 'normal' everyday buses don't carry change and that if you need change the driver gives you ...

Advantages: welcoming, clean, central Disadvantages: restaurant price
As mentioned in my last review, I was recently on a trip to Dublin. The main part of my holiday apart from experiencing the city is to me the accommodation. I have been to many hotels but not all I would return to although I have to say I cannot fault the Jury's Inn Parnell Street. A hotel is of course where I stay and want to be in a good location. I have heard of Jury's Inn's because I know where I live in Edinburgh they have them and I have heard ... ...a short break I was looking for something quite cheap but not to the extent of hostel cheap. The rating for this hotel was 3 stars which is what I will always start at and no lower. The website was where I booked it and everything was easy to navigate. Going with friends I wanted a triple and it asks if you want three single beds or a double and a single etc. The price was roughly £50 a night for the room which I found really good so I booked it.

Just returned home after four days in Dublin and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone on a short trip to Dublin.The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean and tidy with sky/cable TV.The restaurant and bar are modern and the food is of a reasonable standard and choice .The hotel and bar staff are efficient and friendly .The hotel is situated within ten minutes walking distance to the Temple Bar area and minutes from the aircoach ... ...situated in an area where there is ongoing regeneration work being carried out, hence the view from your room may be unappealing, but besides that it is an excellent value for money hotel within close proximity to the city's central attractions. I personally would book this hotel again if returning to Dublin. ...
