NEGATIVE POINTS
I found the Air female stewards to forward once in the air & a little to hands on. At one point she straddled me in order to get to my belt, one was most embarrassed as the plane was full.
Other grievances;
Driving trollies to fast around the plane.
Speaking to customers in Foriegn Launguges can be annoying.
Not sucking up to customers enough.
Not enough leg room on planes.
GOOD POINTS
Respond quickly when called.
Well groomed.
Clean planes.
Resonable fares.
looking forward to the next flights with this airline. ...
