Katy Dalys is one of the few actual bars left in Belfast that hasn’t been turned into some type of pseudo wine bar, which makes for a refreshing change. The bar itself is small (holds around 150 people), clean and welcoming. The bar features regular entertainment, with original local bands playing every Tuesday, an alternative pub quiz on a Monday, singer-songwriter nights on Wednesdays, and bands at the weekends as well. It also plays host ... ...is very busy. Katy Dalys is only a two minute walk from the City Centre so it has a handy, central location, and has a late bar every night of the week. Its also right beside the Limelight Club (owned by the same people) so if you fancy having a few drinks before you head out its makes an ideal choice. Its also fairly cheap, and runs regular drink promotions.
Definitely one of the friendliest bars in Belfast. ...

...to put you off inevitably. Katy Daly's also has been known to play host to new bands, alternative films, poetry, art exhibitions and other things besides. In fact, you cannot be entirely sure what will be going on when you visit, but it will surely suprise if not entertain. ...
