The "big green bus" is a great way to get around Australia and meet like-minded travellers and backpackers whether you are in a group or travelling alone. I went alone and met heaps of friends I still keep in touch with. I initially considered Oz Experience as the company to provide my travel pass because their brightly colored leaflets complete with green buses caught my eye in a local Travel Agency and not because I had heard of them! Kiwi Experience sometimes has a bit of a reputation.... Tell people you're travelling with Kiwi and you can get a bit of a mixed reaction.
