Apart from affordable holidays to superb destinations in splendid hotels and their magnificent service, Kuoni have another major asset. We have travelled with Kuoni on long distance holidays 4 times over the last 10 years, I can only say that they really are the most reliable tour operator around. Our most recent holiday was to India. This was our first escorted tour, 'Land of the Maharaja's' involving 2 weeks touring of Rajasthan. ...holidays at great prices. Kuoni tends to suggest “luxury” holidays and they certainly feel like that. The difference is that they are also at an affordable price. They offer everything from a normal hotel in some far off country, to fully inclusive tours. I took a fully inclusive tour to Egypt and was very impressed. Kuoni employ only the best people and them people are local people who know the resort you are in, they know the history and the sights ...

I made contact online with them, and experienced nothing but friendly, helpful, flexible assistance. Our trip (to Oman) was not as expensive as I'd feared (based on my perception of their reputation), and indeed was significantly cheaper than many other options I looked at. ...noisy: don't believe the brochure Kuoni travellers get rooms on the better floors. The car rental voucher mentioned the wrong rental company. After lengthy discussions (what if you don't speak spanish?) they found out the car was booked at another company and we finally obtained it. Stress ! At the end of our stay, we had booked a beach holiday in Gran Hotel Occidental Playa Turquesa. Nice room. We paid a lot more than British or Canadian package ...
