Couple this with a 10-hour flight and there is bound to be some jet-lag. We set our watches to Las Vegas time as soon as we arrived, and tried to stay awake as long as possible. But don't worry if you can't. Las Vegas never sleeps. What you can do at 4pm you can usually do at 4am too. So if you need a bit of shut-eye, don't be afraid to take it.

On our recent trip to Las Vegas we decided to book a trip to the Hoover Dam. The trip included a drive past the stars homes in a luxury air conditioned coach , a tour of Ethel Ms Chocolate factory (even better than Galaxy Squiggles) , a walk through the worlds largest cactus garden then on to the Dam itself after the tour of the Dam lunch was provided and included in the price. ...a couple of days in Las Vegas, taking in the sights including the VAST casinos that have to be seen to be believed. We didn't win our fortune, but we didn't lose one either. Here are a few tips for getting the best out of Las Vegas.
