Le Meridien Beach Plaza Monte Carlo has the luxury, calm and elegance that befits one of the most prestigious hotels in Monaco. This hotel completed its ``Cristal Concept...
more...Project'' in 2005, featuring two glass towers added to the east and west of the main building; new lobby, L'intempo restaurant and bar, plus 66 new guestrooms with views of the Mediterranean. A property that draws conference and holiday travelers, this hotel is more modern than historic, as few traces of the hotel's original 1920s architecture remain. In the lobby, contemporary decor complements white-marble floors, a large blue crystal sculpture, and curved glass walls with impressive ocean views.

A Beautiful hotel in a Beautiful place!

Advantages: 5 star luxury, great breakfast, large bedrooms, private beach, large pool
Disadvantages: expensive mini-bar

I stayed in Le Meridien Beach Plaza from 1st -6th June 2008. I booked it about 4 weeks before we arrived with a friend for a last minute summer holiday. We booked the flights and hotel separately as i find this was the cheapest way to do it, instead of booking with an online travel agent e.g. last minute.com. We arrived at Nice airport around midday and instead of getting the usual taxi or shuttle bus to the hotel we decided to take an alternative ... Read review
