...you pay for' but the Lincoln Arms Hotel, Dorking takes the biscuit. What was wrong with it! (What was right with it should be the real question)
1) We were asked to call a head and state our arrival time, I did this two days before saying we would be arriving at 12pm, yet when we arrived our room was not ready, we had to wait 20mins for our room, which only gave us an hour for three people to get ready for a wedding we were attending. 2) In the ... ...to cover a butt cheek! They were frayed a worn and greying in colour. The room was clean but very shabby with none of the duvet covers matching. Our TV had no reception and was placed high upon a tall wardrobe so we could not adjust it. The bathroom was tiny considering this was supposed to be a four person room. 3) Two o our friends had stayed the night before us and explained that they had no hot water and had been given a key to use another room ...
