    The Johannesburg Lion Park is only about 30 minutes drive from my parents’ house, so we’ve been a few times – at least twice with family from New Zealand and Austria – and each time has been worth it. Our latest trip was a few years ago, while my Uncle Tony and Cousin Paul were visiting. Uncle Tony is a photographer, so he loves to get “African” photos when he gets the chance! The Lion Park is open every single day of the year – not many places can say that!     A must see!! this is a great place to take any member of the family for a day out. The entrance fee is cheap especially if you are converting english money it costs about £2 a person or the day. Who thought you could be so excited in ure car! You can literally get in touching distance of a huge lion or cubs if you dare but i think the 100 of signs telling you it is bad idea puts people off. You can ger amazing pictures and it doesnt look like the lions are in a incloser.
