Lodore Falls Hotel, Keswick

The Lodore falls hotel is in Keswick it is close to Derwent Water and the fells. Some of the rooms and the bar area actually look out onto Derwent Water. The Lodore Falls is actually in the hotel grounds and a lot of Lake District walks are started/finished/here so it is a perfect base. Checking In The reception area is to the left as you enter the hotel. The receptionist who checked us in was very smartly dressed and polite. I have just returned from a fantastic visit to the Lake District staying just outside Keswick Having previously stayed in Keswick itself at the Skiddaw Hotel, which I have previously reviewed, I decided that this time I would like a more rural location.
