I have to say at the outset, that I have nothing but praise for Lunn Poly I am referring to my experiences with the Nottingham WheelerGate Branch. I wen ti to check a price on a cruise, my wife and I are planning for 06 to the panama canal. The staff were extremely helpful, and took all the apporpriate details in a professional way, and contacted the cruise comany concerned as it was not in the brochures yet. Lunn Poly, owned by Thomsons. Some 12 or more years ago I had a bad experience with Thomson holidays which led to me avoiding them like the plague and that included not using Lunn Poly. This was the only way that I had any degree of satisfaction. However, 2 years ago I decided to give them another chance and booked a French Life holiday through them. Again we had problems but this time it was with French Life who had not booked things that we had ...

Lunn Poly are part of the TUI group which also own Thomson Holidays, Portland Direct and Britannia airline. Lunn Poly have "holiday shops" throughout the country on most high streets. Lunn poly also have a website www.lunnpoly.co.uk and a call centre. I have booked numerous holidays with Lunn poly over the years and have always found the staff to be friendly, reliable and honest, although I have booked over the internet (an easy to use website) ...

After going round several travel agents, we ended up in Lunn Poly. They have a very user friendly staff and they'll try all their best to find the cheapest combination for you, even if you are leaving, say, the day after tomorrow. I have booked two trips with them already. If you show up in the same shop twice, they'll remeber you and they'll ask you about how was your trip, if it was a good one, and inquire on your destination in general. The shop ...
