Advantages: Not far from Bolton retail park, infinity pool, facitlies are excellent
Disadvantages: staff weren't as helpful as other hotels

We received an email from Macdonald to say they had special offers on certain hotels so we looked into them further. We chose this one as it had a wide range of facilities and was only an hour away from where we live so was a nice weekend break. When we arrived, the place was quaint. Advantages: Beautiful location, close to good pubs and restaurants
Disadvantages: Quite expensive

My partner and myself enjoy staying in hotels just outside our local area, and the Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa was a destination we had been intending to try for a while. The village itself is very quaint and surrounds the hotel which is well known around the area as an exclusive and rather expensive hotel experience. We have recently returned from our 3-day break at this hotel. After reading other reviews of this hotel we were very apprehensive about our stay. On our arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and made to feel very welcome. We were given very clear details of the facilities available to us and also breakfast and dinner times.
