Advantages: nice surroundings, nice rooms
Disadvantages: no balconys, theft

...that's heading to our hotel, Magic Rock Gardens. From the airport in Alicante the journey takes about an hour but our coach was air conditioned so it wasn't too bad. We arrive at the back entrance to the hotel...why?...because the clever people who designed the hotel thought it would be an excellent idea to put the front entrance on a road too narrow for coaches to travel on. Disadvantages: Poor service, crap food and ignorant staff

we arrrived at the hotel on Saturday 20th October 2007 at aprox. 11am. First impressions of the hotel were good. We went to receptio to check in which was ok but were told that the rooms were not ready until 2pm, andwere told to make ourselves at home in the bar ect. 2pm came and went and the rooms wee still not ready. 3 different rooms we were given to which we could not gain entry as the rooms were taken.
