Disadvantages: It overlooks Old Trafford!

The new Manchester outlet shopping mall is due to open in October. It is situated immediately next to the new Lowry Centre on Salford Quays and is expected to be Manchester's answer to Cheshire Oaks at Ellesmere Port. The mall will have upwards of 150 outlets and the likes of M&S and Boots will ensure a high profile.
